Onward is literally the less expected film from Pixar Animation Studios since it was founded back then in 1986. No fabulous release dates – Summer, Thanksgiving or Christmas -, not too many tv ads, no fancy popcorn boxes on theaters, no super promotional banners. It almost looks like Disney wanted to give it the least visibility possible, as if Disney didn’t really trust this project. Or worst, as if they were terrified of releasing it, and after seeing it I can understand why.

Onward, titulada en español como Unidos, es literalmente la película que menos expectativas ha producido Pixar Animation Studios desde que se fundó por allá en 1986. Nada de fechas fabulosas de estreno – en Verano, Acción de Gracias o Navidad -, nada de comerciales de televisión, nada de combos fabulosos en los cines, nada de súper pancartas promocionales. Casi pareciera que quisieran darle la menor visibilidad posible, como si en realidad en Disney no confiaran en el proyecto. O más bien como si les aterrara lanzarlo, y luego de verla puedo entender por qué.
